Legacy Lumber has been providing wood products to craftsmen and builders for nearly 41 years. What began as a mill and lumberyard in Cleveland, Ohio, supplying wood products locally, has evolved into a wholesale supplier of heavy timber and selling directly to commercial general contractors and government agencies throughout the World.

The founder of Labato Lumber's Company, recognized a need in the early 1970's to provide milling services in Cleveland, Ohio. Growing to give employment opportunity, the three-acre yard included rail sidings, a dry kiln, and a dry house. Labato Lumber Company began to ship lumber and heavy timbers throughout East Tennessee.

Over the years, Labato Lumber's Company has grown into a major supplier of prefabricated heavy timber and non prefabricated wood products. To better serve its customers, Labato Lumber's Company expanded its material market nationwide, placing greater emphasis on prefabricated structural wood products to meet the needs of the people patronizing us

Today Labato Lumber's works directly with commercial general contractors, architects, and engineers throughout the World selling heavy timber as well as many specialty wood products that are manufactured to specifications. Our customers can upload their plans and specifications to our website for quotations on prefabricated products or they can e-mail or fax their list of wood products for mill direct quotations.

Labato Lumber's supplies many kinds of wood products, specializing in prefabricated heavy timber, parallam PSL, heavy timber and glulam trusses, as well as roof decking. We also supply non prefabricated wood products per our customers lists and specifications delivered mill direct to the jobsite.
